My name is Ingrid Nyberg and I love teaching first grade at Lafayette!  After attending Washington State University for my undergraduate degree, I decided to pursue a Master’s in Teaching degree from Antioch University.  It was during my student teaching internship in Kindergarten and First Grade that I developed a love for the early primary grades.   I believe that teaching through song, and kinesthetic movement are the key to motivating and engaging first graders.  I know this because as a child myself I was constantly on the move!
